I receive daily blog tips in my e-mail daily. Today posting related to setting goals for 2009. I am now in the process of thinking about all of my goals but I do have a few off the top of my head

stop procrastinating
write an article at least once week and submit
create a new blog once a month( niches)
reach 5.00 day with adsense
reach 5.00 day with paid survey
reach 5.00 day with mylot
